vintage English brown transferware platter, Wood & Sons Westmorland

Lovely brown and ivory white English transferware platter.

The platter is decorated with a landscape and river scene depicting a scenic Westmorland Castle or English Manor with hills in the backdrop in brown against a white finish. It is in excellent vintage condition. The platter measures 12" long.

Marked on the back "Westmorland" Made in England by Wood & Sons Burslem. This platter dates to the 1960's.
