Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

Orders placed from February 20-March 19, 2026 will ship the week of March 23. 

We ship throughout Canada.

Flat rate shipping within Ontario is $15, and to the rest of Canada $20.

These rates are subject to change. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Rural Route addresses. 

Local Pickup:

It is often possible to arrange for local pickup in Toronto (west end), please email us at hello@foragedhomeandgarden.ca to enquire.

Shipping Exceptions:

Please read item descriptions carefully. Large items and/or some exceptionally fragile pieces may not be eligible for shipping. These items will be marked local Toronto delivery and/or Toronto pickup only. 

Additionally, some heavy or oversized items may not qualify for flat rate shipping. This will be indicated in the product listing. If you have more than one large item in your checkout an additional invoice may be sent via email and will apply to each oversized item. 

Shipping timeline:

Orders will be shipped approximately 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. You will be notified by email.

USA friends: Due to the situation with tariffs  we are not offering shipping to the US at this time. I hope this can be resolved soon and we can ship to our American friends. Please consider joining our email list to keep up to date.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a shipped item arrives damaged due to shipping, please take pictures including the original packaging & then contact us by email within one day of delivery. We will do our best to make it right. Email us at hello@foragedhomeandgarden.ca

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been delivered. 

Packaging your items:

At Foraged Home and Garden, we do our best to minimize the amount of packaging. We won’t over pack your order with unnecessary material, but will ensure your items are shipped safely to your destination. We recycle and reuse only clean shipping material such as plastic bubble wrap or packing material when it's available to ship our products so that it doesn't end up in the landfill. Your order may also arrive in a box that is not brand new and may be branded in an effort to reduce the amount of new packaging. 

Store policy on returns:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we want you to be happy with your Foraged Home and Garden purchase. If there's an issue, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
