Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping:
We ship throughout Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Flat rate shipping within Ontario is $15 and to the rest of Canada $20.
These rates are subject to change.
Orders will be shipped approximately 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. You will be notified by email.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during delivery.
Packaging your items:
At Foraged Home and Garden, we want to minimize the amount of packaging. We won’t over pack your order with unnecessary material, but will ensure your items are shipped safely to your destination. We recycle and reuse only clean shipping material such as plastic bubble wrap or packing material when it's available to ship our products so that it doesn't end up in the trash. Your order may also arrive in a box that is not brand new and may be branded in an effort to reduce the amount of new packaging. Otherwise we will ship items in eco-friendly packaging with materials that can be recycled and are biodegradable.
Store policy on returns:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we want you to be happy with your Foraged Home and Garden purchase. If there's an issue, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Shipping Exceptions:
Please read item descriptions carefully. Large items and/or some exceptionally fragile pieces may not be eligible for shipping. These items will be marked local Toronto delivery and/or Toronto pickup only.
If your purchase is offered for local delivery or pickup please email hello@foragedhomeandgarden.ca to make arrangements for a Toronto pickup or delivery.
