Display flowers in this wonderful green glazed ceramic pitcher produced by Medicine Hat Potteries. Such a fabulous jewel green colour.
This piece has the famous logo on bottom of what is known as the "Little Chief" with the sombrero style hat and dates from between approximately 1935-1955.
As found, in lovely vintage condition. *Note that there is one very small chip on the bottom edge of one side of the spout. See last photo for detail.
6.5" tall and 8.25" wide from spot to handle.
Medicine Hat Potteries operated down the street from Medalta Pottery. It is said that many of its best trained workers left Medalta to work for Medicine Hat Potteries, their competition.
