Pretty antique ironstone dish with an art nouveau feel.
A lovely brown transfer image depicts a lady on the interior and is entitled "Morning". This interior transfer image makes this piece unique. The brown transfer design continues on the edge of the dish and the sides.
This dish is perfect for holding reading glasses, jewelry, keys, pretty soaps or trinkets.
These ironstone dishes were originally used to hold soap, razors or a toothbrush and would have included a lid.
8.25" long, 3.25" wide, 1.75" tall.
As found. In very good condition. There is a small chip on bottom interior rim and surface light crazing on back of dish. See photos.
