A lovely antique Limoges plate with a pretty lavender colour ditzy floral pattern, possibly cornflowers, on a white background with gold details on interior rim and edge.
This plate was imported to the USA to by Mellon & Hewes Co. based in Hartford Connecticut in the early 1900's. GDA refers to Gerard, Duffraisseix, Abbot which was originally named Royal Limoges and established in about 1797.
