A rare to find antique porcelain tea trivet, also called a tea tile, which was used as a trivet for a hot teapot. Charming pink, raspberry and green floral design on porcelain. Raised edges decorated with an embossing and gold detail.
This dates to the 19th century.
6.5" diameter base / 1" tall / 5" diameter top interior
In good condition for it's age and use. Very old hairline crack seen from base. Otherwise sturdy. A lovely old piece.
